All bedrooms have wardrobes and alarm clock radios.

Bedding, linen and house towels provided. Beach towels can be supplied on request.

Cupboard with Gas Central heating boiler, iron, folding clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and high chair.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Opening Velux above oven.

Dining area with table and six chairs.

Lounge with two leather settees. Television with DVD/CD player and Freeview digital.

Grassed area with patio to the rear with seating, rotary clothes dryer and a secure shed for storage of bicycles etc.

Parking for two cars.
