| Our
properties are located in a peaceful family friendly area. There is a
little stream that runs from behind the properties into the Solent that
is great for crabbing. |

| The beach is less than 100 meters from the front doors of both of our properties. It is a shingle and rocky beach with great rock pools at low tide and some sandy areas that are ideal for sunbathing. |

Just a short walk along the esplanade is Cowes Green and Beach. This is a popular spot to watch the vast array of sailing activities and see the great liners & cruise ships coming in and out of Southampton Water, as well as an excellent vantage point to see the Cowes Week Friday night fireworks. |
